    Thank you! I'll check for black on their combs and wattles. Their coop has rat wire/a fiber mesh than chicken wire both on top and skirted under, it's possible a snake could get under but my turkey roosts on the ramp into the coop. Because of resident foxes, if they free range its maybe 3 days...

    Fantastic, much easier than I was expecting! Thanks so much for the help! I do free range my birds and then lock them up at night in the coop, they're pretty punctual with going in their coop around 8pm.
