My flock, consists of Barred Plymouth, Buff Orp, Rhode Island, Black Jersey Giant have some how slowed down in their growth. They are around 10 week old.
Is this normal that their growth rate will slow down around this time of their lives?
My flock is free range during the day.
So, I have a feeding and drinking station outside the coop.
Well, that feeding station is now attracting birds and the flock will chase them away but the birds return once the flock is "grazing" elsewhere.
How do you tackle this problem?

I just dispatched my rooster Buff Orp yesterday and he was only around 8 weeks. His crown was distinct. He started crowing at 6+ weeks and his behavior was clearly male, herding the rest of the pullets every evening into the coop...
