Thinking about incubation the same. They both have large brown eggs so couldn't b nothing but large or xlrge brown eggs.

I have a question about this very model of incubator. Its okay for things to cool down when you are adding water or checking the tempature inside.You have to lift the top off....right? how long can you leave it off before to long is to long? Just asking

I have had several that have done a small molt but the buff is doing a major. I suppose my thoughts on molting was they only did this during late summer into fall months. But I think my thoughts on molting now are changing and it could b whenever

so they will stop laying wheb they are molting.i have a Buff thats molting in the mid jan.Go figure when she needs her feathers the most.But I havent seen her laying again in a few wks.Thanks

I cant let mine free range.I sure wish I could.I have 30 and they are ina large run. I live in the country where hawks are aways watching but they are in a covered pen.

So I should be feeding all day long.They should have something in their house or in the pen at all times? Somes say yes some say no being a newbie sure is confusing.Are they suppose to eat all day.Been told if they are to full they want lay.But I dont want them to be empty either.Again sorry...

U give the fermented food for mornings feed and that's all. U do this only on cold mornings? I guess I need pictures drew, sorry!
