I was told the rooster needs to be smooth and the hen frizzle to get frizzle. If both are frizzle you will get a chicken with brittle feathers.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned Fish Oil yet, but it is really good for heart health. My mother who has also had a heart attack and also has heart disease, started taking it and her doctor could tell the difference in her blood work and asked her if she was taking Fish Oil.

Drain the water out & shake the eggs back and forth in the pan, it works great.

Our Walmart has these HUGE styro chests on clearance for $15. It's the exact same chest Miss Prissy used to make her Chic Chick Bator, but twice that size. That sucker could hold about 8 dozen eggs. I am going to go today and get one or two of them, before they sell out.
