You may want to double check if the by-laws work retroactively. Your chickens could be grandfathered-in using your old by-laws, provided those allowed chickens on your property. Good luck!
Hello All, I am new to this forum and to the whole bird raising thing.
I am currently considering getting a few chickens or quails for my Chicago area backyard.
While I was successful in locating several chicken hatcheries in the area, I cannot find that large of a selection in quail hatcheries...
It makes me sick that they make anyone, and especially a combat veteran, go through something like that.
My brother was in Afghanistan and he got back with a PTSD. It is concievable that you have the same thing.
