My silkie laid a shell less egg on Friday. The membrane was hanging off of her vent whih was protruding. We removed the membrane and pushed her vent back in. Since then she has been sitting in her nest hardly moving. No eggs since. We move her to the tractor to eat and drink then she sits down...
Yep that'd be great. These hawks are definitely not afraid of humans. They've attacked our girls right next to us. We have shoo'd them away so many times. The tractor has been a lifesaver!

Our 1 year old Ameracauna Pot Pie died today- a week after she tore her acl. Doc did X-rays and bandaged her leg. Prescribed rimadyl for pain. She was in a lot of pain.
