    Confused, half of the experts say to spray eggs with warm water every few day and half say never spray the eggs!!!!. Surly there is answer to this, should I spray the eggs or not. What you think folks.

    Ready for lock down but worried that water may evaporate from dish before hatch. bearing in mind incubator should not be opened at this stage. What should I do if this happens. Should I but a separate dish of extra water in just in case or could that raise the humidity to much!!!!!

    I am on day 12 of incubation but cannot candle most of the eggs because they are to dark in color and no light passes through them. Is there any other way I can check these eggs for chicks!!

    Thanks, can't do pics, sorry but should of said they were purchased as button Quail eggs. The blue ones are teal color!! what you think.

    I have purchased 18 quail eggs which are now in my Brinsea Eco incubator. 8 days in, The eggs are all different colors and patterns, will this mean they are not all the same breed of Quail!!! Some are very pale blue others lite brown to dark brown and others with various spots on !!

    Guess it could be for 4/5 hours. there was no heat in the eggs at all, just room temp about 20 degrees what you think, thanks

    Got up this morning only to find that my incubator had failed and the heat had dropped to 20 degrees. the eggs had no heat left in them so the incubator must of been off for some hours. heat on again now and back to 99 degrees. eggs had been incubating for 14 days. is there any hope that they...
