I candled eggs...not sure how old they are...for the first time. My light is not super bright, but I could clearly see a large air pocket on the end of all 6 eggs. whats this mean?
Okay, so I took a chance and candled all 6 shes been sitting on, and all I can clearly see is a big air pocket.....!???? My lights not the brightest, but whats an air pocket mean?
I was told I could find a how to on here about candling for fertil eggs..but I've been lookin...? I have bb reds that wont hatch any of their eggs, in the bator, or under the hen...so I guess the next step is to candle...and I don't know how to do so.

My mom said they have been turned regularly, humidity good, heat good, and her eggs have been hatching in there so I was wondering if bb reds are somehow different, like they need more heat or less? But she did throw out one, after some exploded, and found a chick not fully developed in one...
