OH, my goodness the whole thing with the bugs just creeps me out! Funny, I was always told by vets that we don't have fleas in Utah as the climate doesn't let them breed etc. I know that animals can get lice or mites though. Had a kitten with ear mites and had to treat her for maybe 2 weeks...
