i noticed that my hen was sitting on eggs a while ago. but recently she was never on them. so this morning before school i went out to find my first ever baby chick!!!! i am so happy i just bought a new incubator so i cant wait to hatch somemore i hope the rest of the eggs hatch
i have a Plymouth rock and mix hen sitting over 13 eggs in one laying box. its like their sharing. one will go and eat and the other will cover them up and then they switch and take turns. but 3/4 of the time their in there together. does this happen allot?
