We traded hatching duck eggs for day old barnyard mixed chicks. The farm thought these might be colored eggs layers. Please tell us what you think of breed and gender for these two little ones. The dark one is toffee, the light one is cappy, aged 4 weeks in all but 3 photos from their first week

Thanks, we will check out the inside, but as we have been saving eggs so we will have some when the chickens "slow down in winter" we have 5 dozen back eggs to catch up with. Ours have continued to lay 1 a day since we got them in August. Thanks again.
