We got them at an auction, they are the first chickens we got. The tag only said "rare breed" I picked a box of 8 (they looked so cute)...who knew 6 of them would be Roos. Haha!

No matter how many books or images we look at we can't figure out what breed of chicken these are. We do know that they're Roos now though lol Hoping someone might know

Their legs are gray. Definitely have more roo's then we were thinking lol that's okay though. We are so new to this we are just trying to keep everything healthy and clean :) I thought Welsummers had yellow legs though. We bought them at an auction. The slip just said rare breed.

not sure what we have. Seems like every two weeks or so as they grow and when we search we come up with something else they may be. Lol

Not 100% sure of our first chickens, the others we have are Rhode Island reds, Easter eggers, wyndottes and polish chickens. Maybe everyone could help is figure out the first ones we got. We thought maybe wellsummers but the grey legs not so sure..

We are new to raising chickens and have been coming to this site very often for guidance. It has been so very helpful! Look forward to asking some questions and hoping we can help answer some too :)
