    Gonna have to wait to get a new setup. I will have it eventually just not now. On another note and a bit heartbreaking "Charlie" passed away last night. It was the only one to hatch since I started trying out my hand at this hobby. Not yet ready to give up yet though.

    not sure at this point. better half thinks between high 50's and mid 60's. put in a sponge just a few moments ago and it started climbing up again. was mid 80's nor low 90's.

    This is day 19 and we have our first hatched chick. Hope to have many more. I do have a question about the chick/egg. It appears to be attached to the egg shell by tissue. Do I leave it attached or help detach them?

    Thank you. We are having troubles with the heat. It is set on the unit at 106f and the hygrometer inside was last reading 100f while the other is reading 99f. Beginning to think maybe I should have researched into this hobby more. Lol

    i feel like such an idiot i went back upstairs to look at the incubator again, and poof saw the indented areas in the bottom. my better half made fun of my stupidity lol... anyway we are off to get the "new batch" wish me luck.
