I have a rooster and some of my hens are missing feathers on back and neck.. Do I need to put medication on the bare spots or let nature take hold.. They do not fight, I have 8 hens and one very proud rooster..
Hi my friends, I'm pretty new with my chickens, I have lots to learn . I have a hen with an impacted crop, it's soft and she lets me massage it up or down . I have put her alone in a large cage with apple cider vinegar water, she is able to release it via her behind, but it fills back up within...
I was told that potato peels, green tomatoes and their leaves, avocado, all parts of it and Oleanders.. My question is okra, I can't find it anywhere in my books and don't want to take a chance if not good for them.
Thank You
I live up in the Mayacama Mountains, have grapes and a farm... it's 52 hard miles from SFO, called the North Bay... I call it Northern Ca. it's really a Napa zip code, I love it, so do my Ladies.
