    I would try an antibiotic like penicillin because it could very well be a bacterial infection. The dosage is .10ml per pound for 3 days in the breast alternating breast every day.     I would use 2 Popsicle sticks measure it to the right legenth and run it down both sides of her foot tape them on and then wrap it with some vet wrap or ace wrap. Let me know how she is doing.
