    They have been an ok bird. Not bad not great either, although I have hatchery stock. With some work will improve in a few years. Medium maturity although one pullet was first to lay in the mixed flock. Not impressed with amount of meat the excess roos had on them but they were hatchery stock.

    Huge birds but very slow to mature. Butchered excess roos at 5 months and still not a lot of meat on their bones. Hens slow to lay as well. New hampshires laying at least a month before the Giants. Very calm and handle confinement well but don't do that well free ranging. Happy to just hang out...

    Good all around chickens, Fastest maturing I have had. Started laying around the 18 week mark for earliest. Not impressed with amount of breast meat on excess roosters I culled. But they are hatchery stock and with selection will get better.
