I have 8 WHs from Metzer. 5 of the 6 females' feet turned dark, though I don't recall at what age. One has feet that are mostly dark with orange splotches. Her bill is also dark with light splotches. I was wondering if that's a gene mutation? -

Well, I had four total hatch. Appears to be 3 females and 1 male. One that externally pipped did not make it. There are still 5 eggs that never internally pipped, and when I candle them, I see no movement. I guess I have learned my lesson to incubate at Lowe humidity. I'm going to set some more... -

How long does it take from external pip to hatch? I had 1/10 hatch today (day 27), and two more pipped around 9:00 this morning, but it's now 9:00 pm, and no sign of zipping. Tomorrow is day 28. -
