There are several bantam breeds with feathered feet, silkies being just one.

In the first picture, the one standing in the back (and the cute little bum in front) looks like a Millie Fleur D'Uccle, as does the guy in front (yes, Roo) in the second pic.

that is how I tell mine apart. I have two Pekin ducks and know which is the male and which is the female by their quacks. I also have two little Rouens that are both boys. Again, since they're not fully feathered but are quacking, I tell by the quacks.

I could tell at three weeks because all of a sudden my little guy was sporting a red comb bigger than the six week old girls had. With how dark that is, I'd say boy. My seven week old girls' combs are barely pink if there's color to them at all, definitely not red.

How old?

From everything I've read on light brahmas, skilled eyes can tell from about 3 days to two weeks, then it may take months To figure it out as they can look extremely similar.
