Hi. It's me again. I now have a baby who pipped smack dab in the middle of the egg. She is on day 23 and was pipped when I woke up this morning. So at least 8 hours now. No progress. When do I need to help? It seems clear she is malpisitioned right?

My chick is hatching. It is day 23 and she has been about 1/3 zipped for over 8 hours now. Her beak has not moved position so it appears she has zipped all she reach, but is unable to move inside to get the rest. What do I do?? Her beak is all the way through, she is breathing outside air and...
