    Where did we go wrong? This was our first time trying to incubate. Set 29 eggs in incubator w/turner. On day 5 candled and discarded 10 eggs which were not fertile.     I started out with 6 chicks late last year and ended up with 4 roosters. I arranged to return 3 of the roosters and exchange them for hens of the same age. since the day the other roosters left and were replaced by the new hens my one remaining rooster has stopped crowing! anyone know why?
