Help! Chicken spinning head, flying into things, etc

Thanks so much for all the advice. We ended up rehoming the bully chicken (something we’d been considering for a while - she’s happy in a neighbor’s flock where she’s not top of the pecking order) and supplementing assuming it’s wry neck. She is certainly not well still, but she’s not running...

Help! Chicken spinning head, flying into things, etc

Thanks, all! We’re giving her some of the recommended foods for wry neck, and probably finding a nee home for the hen who’s been getting really aggressive with she and the other silkie mix (something that was already on the table...). Hopefully we can get this little one back in shape!

Help! Chicken spinning head, flying into things, etc

And - it’s hard to see how she’s eating because she’s one of four, but when we separated her out yesterday she drank a lot of water but didn’t eat much. In general the hens all get scratch plus they roam the yard and eat grass (not fertilized), bugs, and broadleaf weeds we haven’t pulled out yet.

Help! Chicken spinning head, flying into things, etc

I’ve never heard of wry neck before but could be! We can separate her and give her some supplements to see if it’s dietary. If it’s an internal injury is there anything to do or do we just wait it out and see if she heals?

Help! Chicken spinning head, flying into things, etc

All - my chicken has been acting off for two days - running in circles, freaking out at nothing, twirling her head in an odd way, flying into things...I’m concerned she’s dying. I can’t post a video for some reason but she’ll stand and roll her head back and then duck and tuck it down and...

Dog attack - limp leg, no blood

Thanks for the tip on the sling. Today we just moved her around a lot and made sure she could reach food and water but we'll try her in one tomorrow. She seems to be hopping and flopping short distances, I'm doubtful this is something that will correct but we'll see how it goes.

Dog attack - limp leg, no blood

Thanks in advance... My mom-in-law's tiny dog got out and attacked one of our chickens. The chicken is a 6 week old Australorp. The dog picked her up by the side in his mouth and shook. My wife grabbed the dog and the dog dropped her, and she dragged herself into a bush. One of her legs...

    Chicken ID help!

Our neighbors moved and left their chickens so we've recently adopted this guy/gal. We're new to chickens and don't have a clue what gender/age/breed s/he is. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Here's what we know: S/he survived outside with no coop living in a tree for three weeks, doesn't...
