    Yes. It would be safe to add them together because I have like 12 4 week old chicks and we bought some new baby chicks and put them in the brooder together. The chicks did no harm to the small ones. They mostly helped the small ones. It is so adorable!

    @Lucyluvchickens I have 12 baby chicks that are getting their white feathers. Their feathers are almost fully white. 5 baby chicks that are small but growing. We also use chicken wires. I think the cat can literally jump over the chicken wire... I also have a chicken tractor we keep them in.
