Barred Cochin Bantum Sex. Too early still?

Thank you. This one is my favorite, so it's going to hurt. We can't roosters due to the noise.

Barred Cochin Bantum Sex. Too early still?

My little girl is 4-5 weeks old now. She is honestly the most gentle bird. Very calm and loves to snuggle with me. I noticed the other day that the bottom of her comb looks a little pink, but I've seen girls with them too. Is it too early still to tell? Thank you.

Sight Sexing Barred Plymouth Rock Chicks at Hatch

@enggass, I asked that earlier on another thread and haven't gotten a response yet. I got another one today and the head spot says boy and the feet seem girl. I hate this guessing game:(

    BR sex question

Good morning. I had bought a BR last week that they told me was a pullet. On posting his picture on here, a lot of people posted it was a boy due to the light colored feet, stubby wings and big yellow head spot. When I took him back to see if they could rehome him, they said yes and insisted I...

    Help please. Questions on SBOE.

Thank you everyone! It hurts me, but we were able to rehome him with out having it end badly for him. That was my main goal if we couldn't have him.

    Help please. Questions on SBOE.

Hi. I posted my SBOE the other day and three people said it was a boy. How do I be sure? I can find very little online about their characteristics unless I'm searching it wrong. I am newer to chickens. I found that girls can have red combs too. I also saw they only have red eyes. I'm getting...

@Ol Grey Mare, sorry for the confusion. My OP was about the 3-4 week olds. When you asked about posting some, I included this 1 week old.

    Barred Rock Chicks ?

Thank you @speckledhen. I bought them at a place called route 300 pets that sells primarily to local farmers. We thought we would have better odds with them. Their response was just that they know. Some they said based on two layers of feathers. I already have one growing a red comb. I'm afraid...

    Barred Rock Chicks ?

@speckledhen and @dutchbunny83, from your experience, would you say this is a pullet or cockerel? The place told me she was 100% a girl, but I'm confused based on threads over spots on the heads and feet colors. The threads make her sound like a boy. Thank you!

    Trying to crow?

Barred Rock. Now this one I'm confused on. The place guaranteed me it was a pullet, but these threads tell me that a large yellow spot is a boy.
