The robin eggs were actually in my grandparents window! whenever they went into the room it scared them to death so they ended up abandoning the nest and i waited several hours to see if they came back but they didnt. So I actually candled them (4) and all are alive!

robin abandoned her this morning and hasnt come back. they were cold so i brought them into my incubator. do they still have a chance even after they were cold for a number of hours? still have veins and no distinguishable blood rings.
Im very impatient as well, my clutch of robin eggs we are taking care of have not moved or peeped at all just have to explore something new to me that people call 'patience'

I recently found a robin egg, I candled it earlier in the process of incubation and saw movement and blood veins. Now around 9 days later all I see is a huge black bob in there, no movement. There are still blood veins but I cant seem to see any movement. Is that just the chick growing...
