im no expert but we have had this happen before we just wiped clean the eggs, moved her to a clean area with the eggs and thoroughly cleaned the nest she was in we still had a good hatch. good luck xx
this is a little late but i have heard longer and the outcome was fine give a couple more days if it pips then leave it to do its job for 30-48 hours if still no improvement or doesn't pip at all then you may need to assist this is nothing to rush into though and make sure you do your research...
pd-riverman is correct, pullets and roos at that age are timid and need time to learn that you are not a scary monster and that they will be fine good luck xx
is she new to laying if so then she will hopefully just be going through a phase or if she is at the end of her laying years 4years give or take then this can be a side affect if not then make sure she is getting enough calcium in her diet keep me updated xx
