Is it normal for pullets to challenge each other?

These two are constantly chasing each other and jumping up at each other. They both have very silly outgoing personalities. They are 6 weeks old. Is it normal behavior or is one trying to establish dominance? Sapphire gem and brahma pullets

    Light brahmas

Do they tend to be really outgoing? She's super friendly and always waiting to greet me. She acts like my roo did as a chick but her comb is still very much like a pullet. She was also purchased as a pullet. She's 4 weeks.

Who wants to take a guess?

All purchased as pullets. The first two are almost 5 weeks old and the rest almost 4 weeks old.

Roo or hen and what breed? I was told Sapp I posted two pictures of each starting with the splash. The splash is 2.5 weeks and the two gems 3.5 weeks.

This is great information and I really appreciate you taking the time. Everything I have read points to hen for all 3 except my one is just huge compared to the other two and the feathering is coming in slower so I wasn't sure.

Hello, new to chickens and would love some help please.

We definitely are having fun with them. The roos are the ones that have the white spots on the head. The hens are supposed to be solid.

Hello, new to chickens and would love some help please.

I heard the breed was supposed to be nice. Hopefully they are girls or they can't stay. I was told Sapphires are able to be sexed from birth with having a dot on the head? None of my girls had that but the one is so large because of others so I'm suspicious it could be a roo.

Hello, new to chickens and would love some help please.

Hello, chickens are new to me since summer. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these look like hens or roos and if they are indeed what I was told 😬 I was told the first and 2nd are sapphire gems and the third a splash. The first two are 3.5 weeks old and the last 2.5. Thank you

Please help. What kind of duck is this?

Good to know. Thank you. I think I just want a replacement for my Rouen and it probably won't happen. She was such a doll. We love our Harlequin but she gets a little mouthy. We will love this one regardless and she will have a good home.

Please help. What kind of duck is this?

We wanted an outgoing duck. We have a Welsh Harlequin currently and have had a Rouen in the past. Runners seem shy.

Please help. What kind of duck is this?

We bought her from the feed store so I would doubt she's a Cayuga. Definitely disappointed as we did not want a runner.

looks like I may have a runner? I was told she was not at the feed store. I am kind of disappointed as I have read they are more shy. We have a Welsh Harlequin and wanted a duck more like her.

Please help. What kind of duck is this?

I just went to check her out and she's in her feet. The picture was from the first day. We feed her lots of fresh fruits and veggies as well. She likes to eat bugs. I was hoping she wasn't a runner however. She is from a feed store and was with a mixture of yellow, gray and yellow and yellow...
