    We have ended up with a few too many cockerels this year and are looking to Rehome them. We are in western N.Y. between Rochester and Buffalo. We have barred rock and Brahma cockerels that are about 16 weeks old and one rainbow rooster that is 9 months old if anybody is interested.

    Where does your Rooster sleep?

    My rooster sleeps on the floor of the coop while the my 5 hens sleep on the roost. Although he has never liked to be high, even when outside he will sit in between hay bales in the barn while the hens will sit on top of them.
