    I'm at work now, but it is calcium for ducks and chickens from coastal, it might have been oyster shell (or provital.. I can't recall).. That was the only option at that store, an electrolyte packet with vit b and d I believe.. Whatever was recommended in earlier suggestions..

    I do not feel an obvious mass.. Just felt boggy and full last night, she "vomited" most of that up last night while I was feeling around after she started "vomiting" when she tipped forward. It felt pretty normal this morning.
