    Baby silkies won’t grow!! Why?

I got these silkies March 18th they were 1 week old when I got them both were pretty close to the same size but the little yellow one hasn’t grown at all from her gotcha date. Does anyone know why she isn’t growing? She eats and drinks water and very active. Any information would be helpful.
