Hello to all.. I am looking for a wood duck, duckling(s), or a pair. Younger the better as we would like to raise them up on the farm with us. I have been searching everywhere and can't seem to find any for sale right now. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
You're very welcome. I must say I do feel bad for the 1 neighbor we have next to us. He must think, "what in the world is that?!"
With just getting then 1 day ago they have improved a lot. But if you have chickens or ducks be careful... at least in my experience so far the geese keep chasing my...
Master of clucker helped me with my what I now know to be as Hatchery African Geese. I just got them yesterday. They are very very loud.... but I expect this to diminish more and more daily unless someone comes here or a predator is around.
I'll attach the videos for you. Also some pics.
Thank you so much! We just got then yesterday. We rescue chickens, ducks, goats, or really any animal that needs a good home. We even have some 5 year old chickens who are like family. Lol.
Hopefully soon enough they won't be so scared and will be able to free range with everyone else and enjoy...

Can anyone give me some insight of what they might be as to breed and...

Thank you so much! I'm hoping for a female as I have 2 drakes, one of which is very protective of me and wants to be pet all the time while I'm outside. And if a chicken dares to come by us for some pets too then he has gone as far as grabbing a chickens wing, which I of course had to step in...
Hello fellow Muscovy owners! I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice to whether you think I have a drake or female..
I currently have 2 drakes and 4 females but they are a year old so I clearly know what is what..
But with this duckling I go back and forth between drake and female...
Yes, I have the poop still.
As mentioned I do have her separated. She has a shelter and an extra large fenced in area for her. She hasn't been out of the shelter at all but it is a chilly day around here (29 degrees F). Everytime I check on her I have noticed her food and water going down so...
