So today is the first day of duckie lockdown here in UK. I didn't even know about it until late yesterday afternoon! So had no time to prepare. I've been looking online but struggling to find any answers to how long it will last. Anyone have an idea?
all my WH ducklings had weird feet. they grew out of it. but keep on with niacin as it also helps bone growth. I gave it to mine from day 2. Not sure how the one my duckies have just hatched looks yet, as they won't let me near! lol
yeah I have some much smaller wire to go down tomorrow. like 1cm square. It was to late to do it when we spotted the egg. We dont really have many snakes in uk. Thanks for help guys.

Not sure about the door, but what heating do they have? Many people advise against heating for ducks, as if you lose power on a cold night they won't be acclimatised and the sudden change in temperature can kill them.
So sorry you lost your little duckies :( but you tried your best. I love my WH's they are awesome ducks. But I agree you may want to get a couple of larger females for your big boy. He is huge!! lol but gorgeous :)
