    Are these Brown Leghorns cockerels?

    I ordered these Brown Leghorns as cockerels from Hoover’s Hatchery. They are 9 weeks old. Their combs have gotten bigger but are not very red. They are very alert of the surroundings. Please let me know what you think.

    Barred Rock

    Is there a way to tell the difference between cockerel and pulleys at 3 weeks. This one is always alert and braver than the rest of the chicks. Also lots of barring in color already.

    EE a cockerel?

    He/she is 3 weeks old. Is already starting to develop Red feathering on the wings. From other posts this is usually a sign of a cockerel. Does that mean this one's a boy?
