What breed is this?

This chick is 9 weeks old now. Was ordered as a Hoover’s Hatchery choice rare breed. She has just started getting the silver coloring around the neck.

looks like a norfolk grey; this adult's mum is a prize-winner so is a good example of the type (here with SFH chicks this broody hatched and is raising).

question for @Brahma Chicken5000 and @drumstick diva : how could an unrecognised breed be sold as a 'choice rare breed' by a US hatchery? Surely there are advertizing standards they must respect?
for @amh619 , if it is a NG it will have black eyes, and the face will become red when it matures, laying very light brown eggs. The silver lacing, slate legs and black body with beetle-green sheen are already apparent.

Norfolk Grey isn’t on the list but she does look a lot like the breed. I have looked at the breeds listed and she doesn’t look like any of them.
 
She doesn't match any of the breeds listed in Hoover's rare breed assortment. So its about got to be an Asia Black
