I got a Faverolles hen about 4 months ago. She is 8 months old by now and I don’t think she’s laid an egg yet. I got curious and read about the breed and noticed that they tend to be light colored. My Faverolles is a lot darker than a usual Faverolles.
She’s still leaking weird stuff from her ear but it isn’t as much as yesterday. We got busy and couldn’t take her to the vet. She’s still closing her eyes but not as much but she’s not standing up or moving. She’s drinking more than she’s eating.
She doesn’t look like anything I’ve seen, she’s so weird. Her feathers and tail are pretty but her face is a bit vulture looking. She’s not meant for egg laying and she’s super agile, that’s all the stuff that really shows.
