Updated pictures..They are so much fun. How many chickens do you have? Only wanted 4 - 6 but I just couldn't help myself..lol.. Marans are 10 weeks now and all the others are 12 weeks

They are doing great and growing like weeds..they are my relaxation time. Lol. Enjoy just sitting with them and watching them do their thing. They are getting to where a few of them will jump into my lap for some petting time.

I give my 8 week old flock fermented crumble chick starter in the morning then again in the evening with hanging feeder with chick crumble available 24 - 7.. they are healthy and growing like weeds.

If by light you mean heat lamp then sounds like you have everything needed to get started with your chicks.. have fun!!

X2.. I have fed fermented chick starter from day one and they love it. They are 7 weeks now and doing really well.

They shoud be fine especially since you already have them off the heat lamp
