    no that’s not it we know how they mate he doesn’t get on top of her he chases her away from the other 8 week old females and bites her neck. but he doesn’t do it to the other ones because he mates with the other 2 females.

    the older drake isn’t really the problem it’s the younger one. as of yesterday the younger drake keeps chasing one of the younger females and won’t leave it alone when the female comes near them. he’s a loner for now

    the vet said the air sac looked deformed and that there was probably a small hole from the owls claw. there is potential nerve damage but we arent sure. ive been trying to keep him off of his feet as much as possible but he just kept wanting to walk. that is why the hammock for the duck works...
