She does not lay eggs. Her crop is empty and stays empty all day. I did separate her in a dog crate and her droppings are oily and they separate if she defacates at all

absolutely- I usually tell my birds apart by their crests, roosters have taller and thicker crests while hens have smaller, thinner ones. I can usually tell them apart with 90% accuracy, even if they are just days or weeks old
I’ve had quite a few runts over the years up and I find that the best way to help them is body contact. It sounds cheesy and all but holding them against warm skin must create some comfort for them. Good luck :)
