I don’t have a rooster. I’ve cleaned the eyes and applied Terramycin, thank you! Not eating or drinking much. I’ve isolated her with her own food and water. No eggs for a few days. She’s mostly just kinda standing around somewhat low to the ground, a little puffed up.

One of my hens is suddenly fairly lethargic, and one of her eyes seems pretty swollen. Her other eye seems fine. She’s also missing some feathers around her neck, I’m assuming pecked at by other hens. But I’m not sure if they pecked her because she’s unwell, or unwell because she’s been pecked...

Seems to be healing. I’ve been putting the microbial and ointment on 2-3 times a day.

Pretty sure it’s a hen but what do you think

I’m introducing two new 6 month old hens to live with my current flock of four hens (all almost 1 year old). After quarantine, I’m going to let them live in a closed off part of the run for awhile, under the coop. They’ll have their own roost bar, nesting box, food and water. What do you think!?
