    Clipping Wings

So one of my ducks is flying over their duck run fence. We planned to clip their wings but we looked at their feathers and they still have blood going through them. What can we do? I’m nervous about them flying over into our neighbors yard. They are 11 weeks old.

    Ducks moving to duck coop.

I have been. We live in the city so we don’t have to many predators around but I’ll start bringing them back in. I have a few 2x4 over the top. I need to predator proof the coop though. That what I was also asking for advice for.

    Muscovy Gender Guess

Blu our gray one has definitely been laying down more than the others. Our chocolate Muscovy started out as the largest and is now about the same as our black one. So we are really hoping they are both female.

    Duckling honking

Thank you. They were all on nature’s best organic duck crumble. Her symptoms only last 2-3 days. I checked her legs and they seemed fine. No huge temperature difference one leg was maybe a little warmer but she had been laying on that side. The thing that worried me the most was her being so...

    Duckling honking

I have a 4 week old Muscovy duckling who has started honking. I saw one post before mentioning it could be female. Has anyone else had this? On very sad note my khaki Campbell (3weeks) died. We are all so upset. I feel like a failure as a duck mom she started limping and seeming more sleepy a...
