Yeah we have removed him from the pen he was in with them for over a year and no fighting but all of a sudden it’s just started. Trying to keep them separate if not we will have to think of another solution..
So we have this Cockerel and he was born with a squint beak which never bothered him we always checked if he was eating properly etc and he got on fine. We have just caught him fighting with one of our cockerels covered in blood and turns out he’s lost quite a bit of his beak.

Anyone have any idea what could have caused this? It’s not bird flu obviously as she would be dead by now she’s been like this for about 2 weeks now! Her eye was swollen but it went down as we kept her isolated from the others and on medicated water but her comb just seems to be getting bigger...

Just found this in between the legs of one of our male leghorns... Is this a tumour..? He did have bumble foot and has been on medication (baytril) for a while wondering if it’s got something to do with that?

her neck is all twisted and she’s unable to stand has one leg sticking out. she’s not even a year old, she’ll be a year this coming July and she hasn’t been vaccinated for Marek’s.
We have been giving 400iu vitamin E to a hen with wry neck for 2 weeks now, she doesn’t seem to be getting any better she still can’t walk. Is it possible to be giving her too much Vitamin E?
