    Definitely looks the same, Id guess Road Island Red. However, I wonder which of those chicks is the girl and which is the boy? I’m not convinced that your EE is a girl. You might have it backwards. Keep an eye on them. 😁 Enjoy your new birds!

    We were very pleased with our eggs from Meyer Hatchery. With one egg that came it was very hard to tell which end was the pointy end. We candled it and think the air cell is in the opposite end of the side that Meyer hatchery marked as the top. What do you think?

    Glad you liked the video! :) Yeah, just watch the eggs because they do get a bit jostled around. I would straighten them up a bit, and turn the eggs that were not getting automatically turned.

    avkuehn Hatching May 29, 2020213 The sensorpush is brand new and was suppose to be accurate. Does your thermometer stay put or rotate around? I tried to calibrate the sensorpush tonight with ice water, but couldn't get it to go to 32 before I gave up.
