I need help. I've tried everything I know. I went out to my coop Monday and noticed my little duccle's feet were bleeding and my silkies were pecking her feet. I've got the redness/bleeding and sores to go away but the second I put her back in the coop they are pecking her feet where her...
I wanted to update everyone. So after all my worrying she has went broody. I think that was the problem all along.... i've gotten eggs from a friend and we will see what happens. I checked last night and all four eggs you can see veins in the shell😍

Have you tried the calcium pill? I did that yesterday morning then put her in a dog crate for the rest of the day in a quite room, by the afternoon I put her back out in the coop because I felt like she wasn't happy in the crate and this morning when I was leaving for work she was in the nesting...

I have a hen that I'm not sure is egg bound or not. On Sunday I noticed she was always fluffing her feathers and her tail feathers were puffing out. She's eating and drinking but today Wednesday I've noticed she not standing on both feet and opening her mouth like she's burping 😢 she's moving...
Ok I was just able to get the pill down🎉 before I gave her the pill I noticed shes opening her mouth like she's burping??? Respiratory issue maybe? Any idea what to give for that or could it have to do with a egg being stuck(if it is)? She is pooping. I brought her inside for about 10 mins and...
So I got home yesterday and tried, and I couldn't do it. The pill is bigger than her whole beak. Mine are d'uccle's does it matter the size of the chicken?
