Hi. I find the secret to button breeding is temperatue and light. In my usual quail cages I have no success. But we have a summerhouse with tropical plants and if I allow a pair free run in it they go broody and hatch young. Guess they just like it warm and light.

Hi. My first ever button quail incubation hatch produced some lovely youngsters. Mostly white, a couple silver and these two (pictured with a white). Can anyone tell me what colour they are known as please.
