I commented earlier, but my one chicken with runny yellow poop had egg yolk peritonitis (internal laying). The fact that her comb is still that bright (is it almost purple-ish in person?) even though she's feeling so crummy is another fairly telltale sign of internal laying. Poor girl. :(
