Oh goodness. Poor thing. Her body language looks like she is egg bound (emergency or has a laying disorder. Is her abdomen (fluffy butt) bloated? Do you know if she is laying? Is her vent pulsating like she is trying to pass something? I would first bring her into a warm, calm environment and give her some calcium.
If she were mine, I determined she is not egg bound and an avian vet were not available, I’d check for bloating and either attempt to drain her myself OR treat with Lily of the Desert Aloe Detox to get rid of some of the fluid. I would also treat with aspirin (40mg 2x per day) and treat with Doxycycline or Enrofloxacin.
