I’ve seen it before, they are slate in color only one allele off white legs it’s recessive for can hide for generations. I’m sure I can breed it out but frustrated that I have to, haha.
So I thought I’d update. These two are actually both looking like pullets. From what I’ve read partridge generally have black chest feathers at this stage if they are male. I will let you know if anything changes.
I’m also a little disappointed in their shank color they aren’t white but slate...
Also you claimed to have some without chipmunk markings I’m wondering if they are the blue Partridge. Neither of mine are blue. They seem to be feathering out correctly. I would guess only one pullet in there tho, the reddish one at the top.
Here’s the cousins the right which was the lighter one appears male the darker on now looking lighter appear female the little guy in the corner is a crele baby unrelated
I also noticed there are 3 different breeding pens I only have PO2 and PO3 left the PO breeding pen ones were one quitter and one infertile. I believe the PO2 and PO3 pens are BBS partridge groups as indicated from their website.
