Egg #5 from one of the EE's today...that makes one pretty green egg each day for last 5 days. They are 26 weeks old now, when will the other girls start chipping in?!

Unfortunately it was cracked and frozen solid so no eating this one for us. Hopefully we'll get more soon!!! UGH Why now??? I just had knee surgery on Tuesday so I can't go out and congratulate them & encourage them to keep going!! I AM SOOOOO EGGGGSITED!!!! EGG #2 today, no cracks!!!!!

We are waiting no longer! Found our first egg today, it was green (from one of the EE's) frozen solid so probably from a day or so ago? Hopefully more to come!

0/10... pullets are 23 weeks old now...waiting the excruciating wait still

2 bantams adopted mid-september.....NOTHING. 8 pullets we got mid-July, just turning 22 weeks....NOTHING. I am cursing living in Michigan because we may not see anything until spring. That's what I'm counting on, hopefully they surprise me.
