I was thinking of having them hatch eggs as well when I decided to buy the eggs. I just think it would be the coolest thing to watch them raise chicks.
They were my first purchased eggs that I incubated. I am still so in love with them! Even the hubby is constantly checking on them to make sure they have the best of everything. He even offered to build a second coop just for them. I'm thinking that may be a great idea.
UPDATE; The Silkies are almost 13 weeks old and one is a confirmed crowing Roo. I still can't be sure the sexes on the others because combs and feathers are confusing. Behavior is also confusing. I will post some pics and hopefully all of you smarter than me can help determine. First one;
