We had that hail storm on Sunday that killed 2 and injured this one and my Buff Orpington (who is healing nicely). You've been advising me on the other post too. :) I have the sling and vitamins. These chicks are 7-8 weeks old. She really can't get around, but I'm trying to help her exercise...

Currently isolating and providing electrolytes, vitamin E and B complex. Just wondering if there are other things I can do to help her. I'm trying to do a little PT to see if we can get that dead foot working again but not sure if that's the right thing to do.

Sorry it's not B12 -- it's Super Vitamin B-Complex. Does this look okay?

Update on the girls. They are progressing. Lavender Orpington can move one leg and a toe on the other. Buff Brahma is starting to lift her head a little but just spins in circles. I am giving them both electrolytes, B12 complex and vitamin E. They both seem to be eating on their own. I think...

Ok will get the vitamins. She's barely drinking when I drop into her mouth. How much is enough? These girls are 8 weeks old. I should have said that in my 1st post.

There are no visible injuries on any of them. The one with leg injury is chirping, eating and drinking but won't use her feet at all. Can you tell me how much Vit E? I have a Vit E oil 28,000 IU.

Thanks for the ideas. One is eating/drinking but can't stand. I'm not sure if there is more I can do for her. She seems comfortable. What do you do for electrolytes? I already add HVC to their water, is there something else? Is the Vit E oral or topical? Sorry, for so many questions, but...

That storm yesterday took out 1/2 my small flock. Two were killed right away, 2 are very injured. I brought them inside overnight, this morning one can't stand and the other can't hold her head up and she falls sideways when she walks. I'm thinking the first has a spinal injury or something...
