    The 2 Lavender Ameraucana pullets that I got off of you last year lay olive too. One has very very light feathering on the legs too. I think it was the same situation as with Tilly. I will say this...they are beautiful awesome hens that lay a ton of eggs! I love them.

    Give it a nice wipe-down with bleach water. Use a spray bottle to hit hard to reach nooks and crannies. Rinse well...let dry. Give it a month before putting into coop if possible. Most viruses and bacteria resolve within 30 days. If you can wait till April to put it in, that would be really great.
